Weekly Training Log: Week of April 25th, 2016: Week #19 - Getting over an Injury

In Training:  After two down weeks, I ramped things up again and was finally able to run pain free and with some good intensity this past week.  I was thinking that I would be down with an anterior tib injury for a while, but bounced back within three weeks.  Score on that one.
Total TSS back above 1000 on the week.  Cool.
I'll be out of work for our summer break soon and training can go up from there.

In Life: Good solid week.  I'm still tired and not getting enough sleep, but e are less than 20 days of work away from summer break.  It was a crap weekend of weather, but summer is right around the corner.  Final countdown.

Weekly Totals - By the Numbers - Week of April 25th

Swim: 5,750 yds
Bike: 183.7 miles
Run: 47.8 miles
Total TSS: 1,051.1
Hours: 14:30
Days Off: 0

Take your kid to work day - Aiden came to our middle school for an hour.  That was enough.

Aiden had a movie date with his friend Henry from school.

The kid used to RUN past the fish isle with his nose plugged. This is a step in the right direction.
