Training for the week went pretty well and was laid back and easy. I wasn't intending on fully tapering for this race so I did a week of fairly big rest instead. I will be back up in milage for the following week. Ironman Louisville training has begun.

50 Cent icecream cones are at BK. Eat up Aiden! I enjoy consuming sticky sugary foods out of the house. Plastic seats are much easier to clean. |
Pre ride in Boise. There wasn't much to this course, but it served to make a good one. |
