Kona taper: day two

Got some stuff done today and I feel good about it.

First workout was a 3600 yard fairly hard swim at 5:30 this am.  Then took my kid to his montessori and was off to fill out paperwork for a job I just got.

Second workout was an all out 22.5 mile tt.  I changed the position a bit with some new flatter bars on my P3 and want a few rides on it to see how it feels/make some adjustments.

2 more days until I leave.  I need to start getting some stuff together.



New setup (minus wheels) - flatter bars.  I'll try and find a before pic somewhere.
